We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business for a permanent Warehouse Team Member .

The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods while supporting production operations and maintaining high warehouse standards.

2-shift rotating pattern

Week 1

6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Thursday), early finish on Friday

Week 2

2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Thursday), early finish on Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and organise stock within the warehouse, ensuring goods are located efficiently to support production and dispatch requirements.
  • Transport materials and finished products safely between production areas and the warehouse in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare, re-pack, label, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring all shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Follow company procedures and work instructions to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
