Evo Personnel is looking for reliable Production Operative for our client based in Chorley. The job involves working in different areas, using machines, following recipes, and keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm

Main Duties:

  • Measure and add raw materials into machines.
  • Follow recipes carefully to make products correctly.
  • Prepare work areas with the right materials and packaging.
  • Operate machines to fill and pack products.
  • Label bottles and boxes by hand or using machines.
  • Fill liquid products into different containers.
  • Collect samples when needed.
  • Complete simple paperwork on time.
  • Help with start‑up, shut‑down and cleaning of machines.
  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy.
  • Be flexible and work in different areas when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production, packing and order preparation.
  • Make sure quality standards are met.
  • Follow all Health & Safety rules and wear PPE.
  • Work well with others and support your team.
  • Keep your work area clean, safe and organised.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Help train others and suggest improvements.
  • Follow all company procedures, including safety and environmental rules.
