Fibreglass Laminator Location: Littleborough Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm | Permanent Opportunity Pay: From £13.05 per hour (Dependent on Experience) We are currently recruiting experienced Fibreglass Laminators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Littleborough. The Role As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fibreglass products while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Laminating fibreglass products to specification Applying various substances and materials to moulds Conducting quality inspections and checks Manually lifting, moving, and storing finished goods Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required Working effectively as part of a two-person team Working Hours Monday to Wednesday: 08:00 – 16:30 Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 40 hours per week (paid after breaks) Pay & Benefits Starting rate from £13.05 per hour, depending on experience Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours Regular pay increases based on progression Attendance and productivity bonuses upon securing a permanent contract Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Genuine opportunity for permanent employment and career development Candidate Requirements Fibreglass laminating experience is highly desirable Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or factory experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties Able to work in a busy and sometimes messy manufacturing environment Reliable, hard-working, and able to work the advertised shift pattern Able to commute to Littleborough If you are an experienced Laminator looking for a rewarding opportunity with excellent long-term prospects, we would like to hear from you.
