Evo Personnel is looking for an experienced and organised Dispatch Supervisor to join our clients growing team based in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a small team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient dispatch operations.

About the Role

As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will oversee all daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to maintain high standards and support the overall workflow of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the dispatch team and coordinating daily workloads
  • Ensuring all orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
  • Managing courier collections, booking shipments, and resolving delivery issues
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory checks
  • Monitoring workflow and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Ensuring all dispatch documentation is completed correctly
  • Upholding health & safety standards within the dispatch area
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to support smooth operations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics supervisory role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident leading a small team and delegating tasks effectively
  • Good IT skills, including experience with dispatch or warehouse systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving

Work Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
