CNC Operator
Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a CNC Setter Operator for our prestigious engineering client in the Blackburn area.
Salary & Package
Hourly rate £15.00 – £17.00 DOE.
Weekly shift allowance.
Overtime – time and half.

Rotating Shifts
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06:00 14:30 & Friday 06:00 13:30.
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 14:00 22:30 & Friday 11.30 19:00.
Hours per week 39.
Experience Required
Operate CNC machines.
Set CNC machines.
Operate lathes.
Set lathes.
Experience using Fanuc.
Milling experience will be considered.
Program/set Star Sliding Head Machinery is desirable but not essential.
Changing tools on machines.
Read technical engineering drawings.
Working to fine tolerances to manufacture niche parts.
Quality checking completed engineering components.
Previous experience of working in an engineering environment.
This role is suited for a CNC Setter Operator who has worked previously in an engineering environment. You will be required to have experience, understand technical engineering drawings and use Fanuc to manufacture parts.
Our client is open to training operators to set & program CNC machines. Theyve recently invested in the building to make it a clean and safe place to work.
The right candidate will be hands on, have the experience required or want to train to set/program CNC machines and want to progress in a forward thinking company.
