CNC Supervisor Setter Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a CNC Supervisor Setter for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Chorley area. Salary & Package £32,708.00 – £38,480.00 DOE. Company Benefits. Overtime – Time & Half. Day Shift Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 & Friday 08:00 – 13:00. 37 Hours. Required CNC Supervisor or Team Leader experience. Able to Lead, guide and mentor a team in the CNC machine shop. Able to be trained on new CNC programs. Set and operate CNC machines. Change CNC tools. Work to tight tolerances. Able to use micrometers and vernier callipers. Able to read technical engineering drawings. Able to work to specifications. Hands-on approach to the operation. Perform calibration and quality inspection. Computer literate. Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role is suited for a CNC Supervisor Setter who wants to lead a team in a busy CNC workshop, be hands-on with the operation and support with manufacturing components. You’ll need to set milling machines & lathes and able to read technical engineering drawings. Working to tight tolerances is required and you’ll need to perform quality checks on components.
