Injection Moulding Setter Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit an Injection Moulding Setter for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area.
Salary & Package £40,000.00.
Continental Shift Pattern 4 days on, 4 days off.
Includes weekends.
Experience Required Set up plastic injection moulding machines.
Organise cycle times, weights and ensure set ups are correct.
Perform tool changes.
Mechanical knowledge.
Ensure the machines are running efficiently and at full capacity.
Ensure production targets are met.
Able to work in line with compliance and health & safety.
Able to provide updates in production meetings.
Report machine breakdowns.
Minimise machinery down time and put solutions in place when issues arise.
Ensure the machines are producing quality products.
Able to complete documentation.
Work closely with production and other departments.
Maintain and clean working area.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is suited for an Injection Moulding Setter who wants to work on a fixed 06:00 – 18:00 shift working 4 days on, 4 days off and who is able to work weekends.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll will be required to ensure the machines are running at full capacity.
You'll need to be able to put solutions in place when issues arise and you'll need to complete all the relevant documentation throughout your shift.
You'll need to have a hands-on approach.
You'll need to work closely with other departments, minimise machinery down time and ensure the machines are producing quality products.
The right candidate will have the experience/knowledge required and want to progress in a forward-thinking company.
