Summary of This Role

Provides front-line support during a conversion to ensure client functionality is properly configured to meet client specifications and expectations, resulting in a successful implementation. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients\’ or company\’s outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works directly with clients to manage initial access, supports data mapping and transfer, creates process documents, and trains or coordinates training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues for escalation. Provides feedback to product and professional services teams for improvements. May work on-site or remotely for installation support.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Works with less complex client setups to create system configurations, serving as a functional analyst and participating in scope/discovery meetings to understand current solutions and future needs. Begins to offer guidance on product/service functionality. Reviews scope documents and proposes configuration options for future testing and issue resolution.
  • Supports regional Option compares during implementation, gaining knowledge to help clients resolve discrepancies. Acts as the primary contact for a client on a module or function during the start-up process. Participates in environment setup and builds SME knowledge, consulting with clients and internal teams.
  • Assists Data Map team with internal decision mapping, validates mapping consistency, and performs manual verifications prior to conversion. Learns to analyze and define data, including mapping, features, statements, cards, and interfaces.
  • Supports First Occurrence testing, including modifying test cases, creating test data, and documenting results.
  • Resolves issues related to balances, authorization parameters, or cryptogram tags through root cause analysis, escalating complex issues as needed. Updates internal metrics and dashboards throughout implementation.
  • Provides preliminary client education on system functionality, including gathering requirements, documentation, testing, and presentations. Supports a smooth transition to the long-term support team.
  • May develop simple business specifications and flowcharts for technical specifications, demonstrating basic system/module knowledge.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s Degree
  • Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science preferred; other majors considered. Additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree; TSYS systems or industry experience preferred.
  • Typically minimum 2 years related experience
  • Experience in business, information systems, or finance required.

Preferred Qualifications
