The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers while providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
- Complete delivery records using handheld devices or mobile apps.
- Conduct basic vehicle safety checks.
- Adhere to all road safety and company policies.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is beneficial but not essential.
