We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Product Manager to take ownership of one of the largest categories within our product management team: Print Hardware and EOS Supplies. This includes printers, scanners, ink, toner, wide-format paper, and our market-leading private label brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the print industry, whether gained from a manufacturer, distributor, reseller or sales environment. You'll become the subject matter expert for the category, managing strategic relationships with leading brands including HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, Xerox, Lexmark and Kyocera.
About the Role
Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a commercially competitive product range across multiple sales channels, ensuring evo continues to deliver exceptional value, choice and profitability.
The successful candidate will combine strong supplier relationship management with commercial acumen, negotiating profitable agreements and identifying opportunities to drive growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships with leading print manufacturers and distribution partners.
- Negotiate rebates, MDF agreements, annual targets and commercial terms.
- Develop and optimise product ranges across multiple sales channels.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and supplier performance.
- Forecast rebate and terms performance using sales and category data.
- Source and introduce new products and suppliers to support growth objectives.
- Launch new products and coordinate activities across purchasing, inventory, operations and marketing teams.
- Support tender opportunities through product sourcing and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, CSR and sustainability objectives.
