EVO Group is looking for a detail-focused Uplifts Administrator / Analyst to support the accurate management of pricing across multiple systems. This role plays an important part in ensuring data accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting effective pricing governance across the business.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to review uplift activity, improve processes, and ensure all changes are applied correctly and consistently.

  • Uplift Management & Accuracy
    • Review and maintain uplift data across multiple internal systems
    • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or misaligned uplift applications
    • Ensure uplifts are applied accurately and consistently
  • Data Review & Opportunity Identification
    • Review product data to ensure uplift application is appropriate
    • Identify gaps, reinstated products, or duplicated entries
    • Support analysis to identify potential improvement opportunities
  • Process Improvement
    • Review existing uplift processes and suggest improvements
    • Support the development of clearer controls and governance
    • Help ensure uplift changes are requested, reviewed, and implemented correctly
  • Change Control & Stakeholder Support
    • Act as a central point of contact for uplift-related queries
    • Validate uplift requests and ensure correct assumptions are applied
    • Work with internal teams to explain uplift decisions and system behaviour
  • Freight & Duty Review
    • Support regular reviews of freight and duty uplift structures
    • Assist with maintaining consistency and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Experience working with data, pricing, or ERP systems. Confident using Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly. Problem-solving approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
