Transport Supervisor in Lutterworth

Are you a hands-on leader with a background in last-mile logistics? We\’re looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy fleet of 3.5T vans, ensuring efficient, customer-focused final mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-drop van drivers across daily delivery routes.
• Plan and allocate routes to maximise efficiency and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor vehicle performance, driver compliance, and delivery KPIs.
• Ensure all operations comply with health & safety and transport regulations.
• Act as the first point of contact for driver issues, customer escalations, and operational challenges.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of drivers.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role, ideally in final mile or parcel delivery.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of driver regulations and vehicle compliance (3.5T).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• IT literate – experience with route planning or fleet management systems is a plus.
