The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Executive to join our growing New Reseller Channel team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful sales career within a supportive, high-performing environment, with genuine progression opportunities.
In this role, you'll focus primarily on promoting our facilities supplies range (janitorial & cleaning), while also having the freedom to cross-sell across our extensive portfolio of over 20,000 SKUs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively engage new prospects through outbound sales activity
- Clearly articulate VOW's value proposition, products, and service benefits
- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand product ranges
- Negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and margin expectations
- Achieve quota within your first 3 months and maintain strong monthly performance
- Accurately update and manage CRM data to support targeted sales activity
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (or similar) with a track record of success is desirable
- Strong target-driven mindset with a history of exceeding expectations
- Resilient and confident in handling objections and overcoming challenges
- Highly motivated with the ambition to develop and overachieve
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems and working across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment
