Relief Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Relief Team Leader to support our warehouse operation in Normanton. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who's ready to step up into a leadership role . You'll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, stepping in to lead teams when required and ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a floor-based role , so you'll need to be comfortable working at pace and leading from the front. Key Responsibilities Support the Team Leader in running daily warehouse operations Step up to lead shifts and teams when required Drive productivity, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved Promote and enforce health & safety standards across the site Monitor performance and resolve operational issues quickly Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse colleagues Ensure compliance with warehouse systems (WMS) and processes Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across your area What We're Looking For ? Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment ? Previous experience leading or supervising a team ? Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs ? Good knowledge of health & safety practices ? Hands-on, proactive leadership style ?
