We are looking for a detail-driven and motivated Product Data professional to lead our New Product Code Creation team and take ownership of product data within our Product Information Management system. This is a key role within the Master Data function, supporting efficient business operations, high data quality standards, and the ongoing development of our systems and processes across the Evo Group.
Key responsibilities
- Team leadership
- Lead and oversee the New Code Creation team, setting clear priorities and workloads
- Ensure service levels and SLAs are consistently met
- Act as the primary escalation point for data and system-related issues
- PIM system ownership
- Own the day-to-day management of the PIM system (Pimberly)
- Maintain data structures, attributes, taxonomies and validation rules
- Manage workflows, approvals and user access
- Stakeholder & system management
- Act as a key interface between business users and internal/external system providers
- Support ongoing system improvements, enhancements and future PIM developments
- Data governance & quality
- Champion strong master data governance across the business
- Ensure product data is accurate, consistent and complete across all systems
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and processes
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in master data or product data management
- Hands-on experience working with a PIM system (Pimberly desirable)
- Strong understanding of data structures, attributes and taxonomy
- Advanced Excel skills, including data validation, manipulation and analysis
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
