We're looking for a driven and hands-on Relief Team Leader to support our warehouse operation in Normanton. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who's ready to step up into a leadership role. You'll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, stepping in to lead teams when required and ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a floor-based role, so you'll need to be comfortable working at pace and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader in running daily warehouse operations
- Step up to lead shifts and teams when required
- Drive productivity, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards across the site
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues quickly
- Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse colleagues
