We are looking for a Commercial Support Assistant to provide essential technical and administrative support across bids, tenders, data, and documentation activities. About the Role

As a Commercial Support Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting our Bids & Tenders, Commercial, and Sales Support functions. You will work across a mix of regular and ad-hoc tasks, helping ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the Bids & Tender Executive, including gathering information, formatting documents, and drafting tender responses.
  • Maintain and update the Commercial SharePoint library.
  • Support supplier and customer questionnaire reviews by gathering data and preparing draft responses.
  • Assist with tender coding, pricing comparisons, and wider data input tasks.
  • Monitor and support the Sales Support & Admin ticketing system.
  • Help maintain policy and accreditation documentation to ensure records are up to date.
  • Carry out general admin duties such as creating customer accounts, updating contact details, and maintaining contracts.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
