We trade across Amazon UK & EU, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, eBay, and our own D2C sites including Staples and Find My Supplies. As we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Head of Category eTrading to lead product strategy and trading performance across multiple channels.
The Role
- This is a commercial, data-driven leadership role.
- You will use marketplace insights and trend analysis to:
- Define category strategies for core, seasonal, and spot-buy ranges.
- Identify high-potential products and optimise assortments for Amazon, TikTok, and social platforms.
- Create tailored promotional calendars and pricing strategies for each channel.
- Partner with the Buying Team to source and launch products at the right spec and price.
- Own the category P&L, driving sales, margin, and stock-turn performance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in Category Management, Trading, or Buying within eCommerce or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Marketplace and social commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, confident interpreting large datasets and turning insights into action.
- Commercial acumen with a passion for spotting trends and short-term wins.
- Collaborative approach, able to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Amazon Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
