We're looking for a Business Systems & Data Coordinator to take ownership of our product data and system processes, ensuring new products are accurately created and maintained across our core business systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate the end-to-end product creation process, support system improvements, and play a key part in ensuring data quality and efficiency across the business. Working closely with Product Management, Data, and Systems teams, you'll help deliver accurate, timely product setups ahead of key launch deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of new product codes across business systems
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and upload of product data
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and ready for launch
  • Support and maintain the PIM (Product Information Management) system and ERP platforms
  • Produce regular updates and reporting on product creation and system issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams via meetings and MS Teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Support future system enhancements and automation initiatives

About You

  • Strong experience working with business systems and data
  • Confident using Excel / spreadsheets to manage and manipulate datasets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage processes and prioritise workload effectively
  • Experience with PIM or ERP systems (e.g. Pimberly desirable but not essential)
