Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel? We are looking for a Business Analysis Administrator to join our team and provide essential, proactive support to the Group Head of Business Information.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Rebates Management: Take responsibility for the accurate daily updating and claiming of Supplier Rebates.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Check the accuracy of daily claims and amend details on external sites as required to ensure optimum cash flow for the EVO Group.
- Monthly Reporting: Supply efficient and accurate monthly claim data, sometimes directly to suppliers.
- Month-End Processing: Process and analyze month-end Supplier Rebate claims to verify they match forecasted values.
- Data Analysis: Run month-end M.I report suites for key customers.
- Development: Develop key skills in Excel analysis, understand multi-channel markets, and analyze market, customer, and product data.

- Data Experience: Previous experience working within a data-focused position.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is imperative.
