The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, providing swap-out services for retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential. You'll ensure all work meets customer contract commitments and maintain professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site swap-outs and installations of IT equipment.
  • Follow all customer and company procedures, including escalation processes.
  • Manage van stock and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collect parts from courier depots as required.
  • Support project work and installations when needed.
  • Maintain company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements and keep certifications up to date.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems.
  • Previous field service experience.
  • Calm under pressure, team player, and professional approach.
  • Clean driving licence (essential).
