Marketplace Administrator in Normanton, West Yorkshire

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will help optimise sales, improve customer experience, and enhance our brand presence across key online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with UK and international warehouses to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Support the Account Manager with operational issues.
• Create and optimise product listings across various platforms.
• Assist with marketplace data optimisation, including categorisation and attribute mapping.
• Manage stock feeds to minimise order cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Support the Sales Team and input sales orders when required.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
