Competitive Salary + Benefits Help Grow Our Online Marketplace Presence We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Marketplace Administrator to join our growing ecommerce team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, online platforms and customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting and growing our marketplace channels, ensuring products are accurately listed, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive a first-class experience. Working across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Tesco, B&Q, TikTok Shop and OnBuy , you'll help ensure our products are visible, accurate and performing effectively across multiple online marketplaces. What You'll Be Doing Creating and maintaining product listings across multiple marketplace platforms. Uploading and updating product information, descriptions, pricing and images. Monitoring listings and resolving marketplace errors and issues. Processing marketplace orders and ensuring service level agreements are met. Responding to customer enquiries, returns, refunds and delivery queries. Monitoring stock levels and pricing accuracy. Supporting promotions, campaigns and marketplace events. Producing reports and maintaining accurate records for the Marketplace team. Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams. What We're Looking For Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and online systems. Strong written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A logical problem solver with a proactive attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. It Would Be Great If You Have Ecommerce or marketplace experience. Experience with Amazon, eBay or similar platforms. Knowledge of product listings, SKUs and catalogue management. Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Experience handling online orders and customer queries. Why Join evo?
