Role Overview
The Marketing & Brand Lead is responsible for growing the SmudgeIT brand through creative social media activity, engaging content and strong eTrading performance. This role blends hands‑on marketing delivery with brand ownership, ensuring SmudgeIT stands out visually, tonally and commercially.
The successful candidate will lead social content creation, manage product listings and deliver campaigns that help drive sales and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
- Develop and maintain SmudgeIT\’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Ensure consistent brand application across all customer touchpoints.
- Create brand assets, templates and messaging frameworks.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, film, edit and schedule engaging content for all SmudgeIT social media channels.
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with growth targets.
- Deliver short-form video content, product showcases, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign assets.
- Track performance and adapt strategy to maximise engagement and reach.
Digital & eTrading
- Improve visibility and conversions across all e-commerce platforms.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to keep product data accurate and compelling.
