We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / MHE Driver to join our busy distribution operation. Working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock is received, stored and processed accurately, helping us deliver excellent service to customers across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
Putting away inbound pallets safely and accurately
Ensuring stock is stored correctly within the Warehouse Management System
Supporting stock control activities
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and warehouse safety
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets
Reporting any equipment or health & safety concerns
Supporting other warehouse activities as required
What We're Looking For
Essential
Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding role involving lifting, walking and standing
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
A team-focused attitude
Desirable
MHE experience and/or relevant licences
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Basic PC skills
Flexible approach to overtime when required
Positive, proactive attitude
