Are you looking for a hands-on warehouse role within a leading UK business? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our operations team at ADC Distribution Centre. What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock is received, processed, and stored accurately to support customer orders and operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Goods-in checking and stock put-away
- Ensuring deliveries are booked in accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining stock accuracy and control
- Following warehouse procedures and Health & Safety standards
- Working collaboratively as part of the operations team
- Using warehouse systems to manage stock locations
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the warehouse
- Supporting operational requirements as needed
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, walking and standing throughout the shift
Desirable
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
- Basic PC skills
- Flexible approach to overtime when required
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
