Lead from the Front in a Fast-Paced Warehouse Operation Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor looking for your next challenge?

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Management team in delivering a safe, efficient and high-performing operation within a WMS-controlled distribution centre.

Based at our ADC site, you'll take ownership of an operational area, lead and develop colleagues, and help drive continuous improvement across the warehouse.

The Role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring operational targets and KPIs are achieved while maintaining compliance, safety and cost controls.

You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure warehouse activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team within a busy warehouse environment.

Ensure all activities are completed within agreed timescales and operational targets.

Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental legislation.

Investigate and record accidents, incidents and near misses where required.

Drive high standards of housekeeping, ensuring work areas remain clean, safe and organised.

Support workforce planning by monitoring resources against forecasts and budgets.

Ensure stock accuracy and storage compliance within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Deliver and record training for operational colleagues.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Essential Experience Previous team leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse operation.

Knowledge and experience of working in a WMS-controlled warehouse.

Understanding of Health & Safety and environmental legislation.

Strong communication and people management skills.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Desirable Experience using Manhattan WMS/MLS systems.

Personal Qualities Positive, proactive and self-motivated.

Strong attention to detail.

Leads by example and is willing to be hands-on when needed.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Honest, reliable and adaptable.
