The Role: As a Field Service Engineer (EPOS), you will be working on customer sites, travelling daily to complete swap-outs, installations, repairs, and general service work on a range of retail IT devices. You will typically work between 08:30 and 17:30, including alternate weekends as part of the rota. This role requires significant driving, so a clean UK driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver on-site swap-out services in line with customer SLAs
  • Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times
  • Collect parts from courier depots as required
  • Maintain and audit your van stock
  • Follow all processes for parts handling, returns and repairs
  • Support installation projects as required
  • Use the company call management system accurately (web/mobile)
  • Complete all paperwork to customer standards
  • Follow all documentation, policies and health & safety procedures
  • Attend Head Office for meetings/training when required
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition
