Leading Hand
to support our Dispatch team, helping to drive performance, maintain high standards, and lead by example on our late shift. What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives. Ensuring productivity and KPI targets are achieved. Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Allocating resources and coordinating workloads across the team. Supporting operational priorities and working across different warehouse areas as required. Providing cover for Supervisors when needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience leading, coaching, or motivating teams. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good understanding of warehouse health & safety requirements. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
