EVO Group is a leading multi-channel distributor of business supplies and services across the UK and Ireland, supporting over 50,000 customers through brands such as VOW, Banner and Truline. We're looking for a detail-driven Product Data Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across product data, product management and purchasing, with real visibility across the wider business.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality product data while supporting the development and management of product ranges.
- Create, update and maintain product data across ERP and PIM systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of all data
- Cleanse and analyse data to meet business standards
- Support Product Managers with product ranges and suppliers
- Assist with supplier selection, onboarding and performance monitoring
- Help deliver new product launches across the business
- Work closely with Marketing, Inventory, Compliance and Operations teams
- Support reporting, pricing analysis and performance tracking
- Contribute to projects including process improvements and competitor analysis
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required, along with an analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data. Previous experience in product data, buying or merchandising environments is preferred, as well as exposure to multiple areas of the business (data, buying, product). This role offers the opportunity to build valuable commercial and analytical skills.
