We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Executive to join our growing New Reseller Channel team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful sales career within a supportive, high-performing environment, with genuine progression opportunities.

In this role, you'll focus primarily on promoting our facilities supplies range (janitorial & cleaning), while also having the freedom to cross-sell across our extensive portfolio of over 20,000 SKUs.

  • Proactively engage new prospects through outbound sales activity
  • Clearly articulate VOW's value proposition, products, and service benefits
  • Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand product ranges
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and margin expectations
  • Achieve quota within your first 3 months and maintain strong monthly performance
  • Accurately update and manage CRM data to support targeted sales activity

Previous sales experience (or similar) with a track record of success is desirable. Comfortable using CRM systems and working across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
