We're expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to help us continue providing outstanding service.
About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, performing swap-outs and replacements of retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts.
- Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly.
- Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements.
- Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed.
- Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications.
- Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
- Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations.
- Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems.
- Field service experience preferred.
- Calm under pressure, professional, and customer-focused.
- Clean driving licence required.
