Join evo's dynamic Corporate Merchandising team and play a key role in driving our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Value initiatives across our well-known brands: Banner, Complete, and VOW Wholesale!
Your mission: To gather, analyse, and report on our progress in key areas like Decarbonisation and Responsible Procurement, collaborating with passionate teams across Marketing, Sales, and more.
What you'll do:
- Manage and analyse CSR data using our Evolution database and Power BI.
- Maintain our CSR information libraries and support employee education.
- Respond to customer sustainability surveys to support our sales teams.
- Assist with submissions to platforms like SEDEX and Ecovadis.
- Identify key trends to inform our CSR strategy and next steps.
- Act as the on-site CSR representative for our Normanton office.
Location: Normanton (Wakefield) - Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model (4 days office/1 day home)!
Weβre looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in data analysis and management.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Power BI.
- Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability.
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter with strong time management and relationship-building abilities.
