What You'll Be Doing: Lead by Example: Supervise and support the transport team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and high performance. Operational Excellence: Plan and manage vehicle routing, tracking, and maintenance to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of safety and legal compliance. Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and boost performance. Team Development: Mentor and develop your team, providing the tools and support they need to thrive. What We're Looking For: A confident leader with experience in fast-paced logistics environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A valid National or International CPC qualification.
