We work with a mix of regional businesses and established brands, and we’re known for strong development and growing digital ambition. The Role
We’re looking for a confident, imaginative Senior Digital Designer to elevate Evo’s visual output across client work and our own brand. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working on-site at least three days per week. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety — designing websites, refining UX flows, shaping Evo’s identity, contributing to pitches, and producing marketing assets that communicate our work and culture.
You’ll be the design voice in the room: bringing creative judgment, clarity and modern digital standards into conversations with clients, partners, developers and the wider team. You must be comfortable presenting work, explaining your thinking, and standing behind your decisions. Character, confidence and creative excellence matter as much as technical skill.
