EVM UK is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring high standards of vehicle preparation, PDI, warranty and repairs. You will manage technician workloads, coordinate field service activity and maintain strict quality and safety compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication across Aftersales, Parts, Warranty and Engineering, and the ability to keep multiple live jobs moving efficiently to meet customer needs.
