We are looking for up to 4 motivated and tenacious Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales operation based at our Southwater, West Sussex office. This is a high‑activity outbound sales role. Your focus will be to work through targeted prospect databases, make contact with operators and organisations, identify genuine opportunities, and pass qualified leads to our Area Sales Managers to progress and close.

Previous experience in the minibus or coach sector is not required; we will provide full product and industry training. What matters most is confidence on the phone, resilience, organisation, and a positive attitude towards outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Work systematically through targeted prospect lists, including PSV licence holders, local councils, community transport organisations and private operators.
  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce EVM UK and identify potential opportunities.
  • Follow up by email where appropriate to support prospecting activity.
  • Support sales campaigns, stock promotions, and targeted marketing activity.
  • Qualify opportunities by having structured conversations to understand a prospect’s current fleet, upcoming requirements, and buying timelines.
  • Identify key decision‑makers and confirm genuine sales opportunities.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to the Sales Team with clear and accurate handover notes.
CRM & Administration
  • Log all activity accurately within the company CRM system (Odoo).
  • Maintain accurate contact records and prospect information.
  • Ensure all customer and prospect data is handled in accordance with company procedures and GDPR requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, lead generation, or customer contact roles advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Confident, professional, and clear telephone manner.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Basic IT and CRM system confidence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Location

Based in Southwater, West Sussex. This is an office‑based role.

The Package
