Evlo is seeking a Senior Customer Resolutions Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to drive the Customer Resolutions Team and oversee Evlo's end-to-end complaints framework, ensuring complaints are handled fairly, consistently and in line with FCE rules and guidance.

You will lead, coach and develop the team; own complaint policies and MI; monitor timeliness and quality; perform root-cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements to customer outcomes.
