We have an opportunity for a Business Assurance Assessor to join the team reporting into the Operations Assurance Manager.
This role involves providing essential support in monitoring and evaluating compliance with internal processes and procedures across various business units.
Conducting a variety of assessments to provide assurance of the implementation and continued adherence to a "one best way" company standard.

The Role
- Completing assessments against set criteria
- Delivering productivity targets to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Contributing to the identification and design of new oversight initiatives

About you
You’ll have experience working within an FCA regulated business and have an eye for detail and be highly organised and have strong communication skills.
