The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the high-usage business energy sector. This role combines:
- Self-generated new business development
- Conversion of a strong pipeline of high-value, high-intent prospects
A significant proportion of prospects will have already agreed to a Teams or face-to-face meeting, allowing you to focus on strategic engagement and deal progression. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who wants to maximise personal ambition while leveraging a lucrative and structured supply of qualified opportunities.
The Role
You will engage directly with senior decision-makers including CEOs and CFOs, advising on:
- Integrated energy solutions across multi-site portfolios
- Solar and EV infrastructure integration
- Compliance and bill audit services (SECR, CCL, VAT optimisation)
- Long-term energy structuring and cost strategy
The focus is consultative, strategic and commercially led.
Commission & Earnings
We offer:
- Uncapped commission
- 50% commission paid at contract go-live
- 50% paid as ongoing monthly residual
This enables you to build a significant recurring monthly income stream over time, alongside strong upfront earnings.
Requirements
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Finance Director)
