About Us

We know the title says - "About Us". But really, it’s all about you.

At Evinced, we believe the way to make a true difference starts with our team, people passionate about solving complex technical challenges and creating a positive impact.

Forget about the buzzwords, want to work on products that break barriers and build an inclusive digital space?

At Evinced, you’ll be developing disruptive new ways for large enterprises to build accessible web and mobile apps that work for everyone, by developing AI-enabled tools and frameworks that find, cluster, and track accessibility problems automatically, saving developers time and reducing risk.

Ready to make your impact on different products, the roadmap, and most importantly - on billions of people worldwide who experience disabilities?

It’s more than a job, it’s a mission.

Your Team

You’ll be Evinced’s enterprise sales presence in EMEA, based in London and owning a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across the region.

You’ll land net-new enterprise logos and grow the accounts you win into strategic, multi-year partnerships.

You’re equally comfortable building a pipeline from scratch and becoming the trusted advisor customers call first.

Above all, this is a technical sale: you’ll win over engineering leaders, developers, and accessibility teams by speaking their language and showing how Evinced fits into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.

You’ll work alongside Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Managers and Marketing.

Reporting directly to Oliver, Sales Director.

This is a hybrid role based in London, working from our EMEA hub and from home, with travel across the region to prospects, customers, and industry events.

  • Your Impact
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for net-new EMEA accounts focusing on the DACH region, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Own a portfolio of named accounts in the DACH region, end to end: land the logo, then retain, renew, and expand it into a multi-year partnership.
  • Run a genuinely technical sale: sell into engineering, developer, and accessibility audiences, showing how Evinced fits into their CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and day-to-day developer workflows.
  • Become the trusted advisor within your named accounts - understand their roadmap, pain, and success metrics, and advocate for them internally.
  • Build strategic account plans that map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and drive upsell and cross-sell into new teams, business units, and use cases.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal and renewal cycles involving engineering, product, procurement, legal, and security sign-off across multiple countries.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and TAMs to run compelling demos and POCs, and to ensure adoption, value realization, and reference-ability.
  • Translate AI-driven accessibility into concrete technical and business value for both practitioners and the C-suite.
  • Represent Evinced at EMEA industry events and on-site with prospects and customers, becoming a credible domain expert in digital accessibility.
  • Your Qualities
  • 7+ years of enterprise Saa S sales experience, with 5+ years closing complex, net-new enterprise business - this is the core of the role.
  • Previous ownership of the DACH region, with a demonstrated understanding of its markets, customers, and business culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to also grow and retain what you land: a track record of expanding named accounts through land-and-expand, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, not just one-and-done new logos.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding quota on large, multi-year enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
  • Proven ability to run a technical sale: comfortable selling to developers, engineering leaders, and Dev Ops teams, and conversant in CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer workflows.
  • A genuine relationship-builder - customers see you as a trusted advisor and partner, not a vendor they buy from once.
  • Strong discovery and value-selling discipline; familiarity with a formal methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar).
  • Excellent executive presence and communication - able to hold a room and simplify complex technical topics for the C-suite.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts across the DACH region, with the cultural and commercial nuance that a multi-country region requires.
  • Based in London (or able to work from our London hub on a hybrid basis), eligible to work in the UK, and willing to travel across EMEA.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and energized by an ambiguous, fast-moving growth-stage environment.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience selling developer tools, testing/quality, Dev Ops, CI/CD, or digital experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, ADA/Section 508) or the a11y ecosystem.
  • Additional European languages, preferred German, and existing relationships within target EMEA enterprise accounts in general and in the DACH region specifically.
  • Prior hands-on customer success, technical account management, or support experience earlier in your career.

This is a hybrid role based in London, covering the EMEA region. Travel to customer sites, industry events, and team gatherings is expected.
