About Evimed

Evimed is a specialist evidence generation and health economics consultancy dedicated to improving patient access to groundbreaking treatments. We work with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to deliver high-quality evidence synthesis, health economic modelling, statistical analysis, and HTA support — from global strategy through to local execution. We are a growing, ambitious business where every team member has genuine visibility and impact. If you're looking for a role where you can shape how things are done rather than just follow a playbook, you'll thrive here.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to sit at the heart of our commercial operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the operational engine behind our sales activity — keeping our CRM sharp, converting market intelligence into actionable leads, coordinating client outreach, and helping shape compelling proposals. You'll work closely with senior consultants and research scientists to make sure every client interaction is well-informed, timely, and aligned with what Evimed can deliver. As an early hire into this function, you'll have significant scope to design processes, introduce tools, and build the commercial operations framework from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with our research and consulting teams to translate technical capabilities in HEOR, evidence synthesis, and health economics into clear, client-ready value propositions.
  • Owning and maintaining the CRM system — ensuring data accuracy, robust lead tracking, and full pipeline visibility across the business.
  • Using market intelligence platforms to identify prospective clients, track competitor activity, and surface new commercial opportunities in the market access and HEOR space.
  • Coordinating and managing client outreach activities including meeting scheduling, preparation of briefing materials, and structured follow-up to keep relationships warm.
  • Tracking and reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and client engagement metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals and RFI responses, ensuring they accurately reflect Evimed's service portfolio and are tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Championing CRM best practice across the team — driving adoption, providing training, and ensuring consistent usage company-wide.
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc commercial operations projects as the business continues to grow and scale.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential with the right experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales operations, business development support, or client coordination role.
  • Experience within a consultancy, HEOR, pharmaceutical, or scientific environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Attributes

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and confidence working with data analysis and lead management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail — you take pride in keeping things clean and accurate.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate effectively across both technical and commercial teams.
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal) with the credibility to engage senior pharma and life sciences stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to identify trends and inform sales strategy.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with genuine enthusiasm for building and improving processes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing business where things aren't always perfectly defined yet.

Why Join Evimed?

  • High-impact role in a small, expert team — your work will directly shape how we grow commercially.
  • Genuine opportunity to build processes and systems from scratch rather than inheriting someone else's framework.
  • Clear progression pathway as the commercial function expands alongside the business.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with flexibility and trust.
  • Exposure to senior decision-makers across global pharmaceutical companies.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture rooted in scientific rigour and a shared mission to improve patient access to treatments.

Equal Opportunity

Evimed is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are dedicated to ensuring our hiring practices, career development, and working culture reflect our values of equity and respect. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our work and ultimately improve outcomes for the patients we serve.
