Eville and Jones is seeking a motivated Meat Hygiene Inspector to support Official Veterinarians in post-mortem inspections and routine checks under FSA guidance in the West Yorkshire area.
You will assist in ante mortem checks, verify animal identification, maintain accurate inspection records, and communicate findings to FBOs and the OV. This role requires adherence to MOC, SLAs, and health and safety policies within the team.
