E&J is the leading supplier of official veterinary controls throughout Europe. We are committed to the safeguarding of public health and to maintaining the food supply chain through all our essential activities, while ensuring the protection of animal welfare.
We are looking for an enthusiastic content creator with drive and passion for helping us grow our business and further establish our brand position in the industry. Ideally a graduate or similar with at least two years' experience in a marketing/communications role, you will have strong copywriting skills and a keen interest in writing compelling content and working on colleague engagement initiatives. A passion for writing is a must for this role. You’ll be able to adapt writing styles for different audiences and channels, as well as how to create copy in line with SEO goals. You will create a wide range of written content, from press releases and opinion pieces to leaflets, case studies, ads and award submissions. A high level of spelling and grammar is therefore essential. This is a 9-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, starting September 2026.

Key Duties
- Produce a content calendar which aligns with our marketing and communication plans.
- Plan, create and optimise content for our website, digital ads and social media channels as well as offline materials such as newsletters, adverts, leaflets, award submissions and case studies ensuring an appropriate tone of voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant topics and develop content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Research and compile case studies, collaborating with staff and clients to gather necessary information.
Website, Email & Social Media
- Update website content, in line with SEO goals and engaging news posts to drive website traffic.
- Upload new content to the website via a CMS.
- Creating and delivering email campaigns in line with our content calendar.
- Management of our social media channels, ensuring we post regular and relevant content.
Employer Brand
- Support the People team to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organisation.
- Assist with the promotion of events, career fairs and webinars.
Internal Communications
- Prepare internal announcements and colleague engagement initiatives in line with our brand values and fosters a positive culture.
- Ensure the intranet reflects our culture and is a valuable platform for employees.
