The Role
We are looking for an execution-focused
Product Lead to own the evolution of our core products.
You will be the architect of our value proposition, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, client delivery, data, design and engineering.
Your goal is to continue to develop our world-class benchmarking data into a scalable, multi-vertical platform.
You will be responsible for productizing our deliverables, and creating a seamless interface between our proprietary data and the leaders who need it to make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision across banking, payments, insurance and new industries – for our Index Benchmark and/or Intelligence Platform.
- Translate commercial targets and feasibility considerations into a prioritised roadmap.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for product evolutions or expansion, in collaboration with other teams.
- Productization and Scalability
- Manage the process of converting market insights and client feedback into scalable components.
- Work with Commercial and Content teams to determine what is standardized for scale versus what remains flexible for high-value client needs.
- Support the reduction of manual delivery by driving the automation of insights and report generation alongside all relevant teams.
- Work with the Data, Analytics and Client Delivery teams to ensure that our data outputs are consistent, accurate, and repeatable across all client cohorts and industry verticals.
- Drive the development of scalable platform features, including data dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate year-round end-to-end delivery across Client Delivery, Methodology, Data, Engineering and Intelligence teams, as well as managing discrete product development projects.
- Own complex timelines, mitigate dependencies, and uphold a rigorous bar for the quality of outputs.
- Work at the intersection of the Technical and Client Delivery teams, and the Commercial team - ensuring the product roadmap supports commercial targets.
- Commercial Strategy
- Manage internal product development processes & feedback from industry leaders to validate and improve product roadmap.
- Define packages and pricing in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Track how the products you own are contributing towards commercial targets
- Core Skills
- Product Leadership: Proven track record managing data-heavy or information services products, ideally within a Saa S or Fintech environment.
- Methodological Rigor: A structured mindset with the ability to understand benchmarking methodologies.
- Execution
Excellence: Demonstrated ability to execute on complex cross-functional timelines by leading Engineering, Data, Research, Communications, Design and Marketing teams towards timeline product delivery.
- Commercial Strategy: Ability to view product through the lenses of packaging, tiers, and scalability to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- High-impact collaboration: Ability to work fluidly across all departments, communicating with brevity and precision, ensuring teams are aligned, dependencies are cleared, and focus is on getting things done.
- Process-Driven: A mindset that can turn successful one-off strategies into repeatable, automated playbooks.
