The Client Services team, sitting at the core of Evident’s value proposition to clients, is responsible for delivering bespoke benchmarking analysis to clients and shaping the strategy of our benchmarking products. We are index experts with over 30 years of experience building complex indices that drive positive change in the world.

The Role
To complement our globally recognised indexes that draw on millions of public data points, we also collect and analyse private data, to deliver insights back to participating banks, highlighting links between AI implementation and realised ROI. In this role, you will gain access to cutting‑edge data around AI use cases and the tangible business outcomes they produce, whilst also feeding back to our clients on how they rank in comparison with other similar firms. As we scale and deploy this offering into new verticals, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to this expansion, whilst broadening your own knowledge and expertise around AI transformation in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing survey‑based data collection from our clients, ensuring a streamlined end‑to‑end operation and ensuring absolute confidentiality of client data.
- Developing bespoke benchmarking analysis for clients, applying analytical rigour to interpreting data and developing insightful opportunities.
- Presenting insights back to C‑Suite participants, in person or virtually, to provide guidance on initiatives related to enhancing AI readiness, deployment and results.
- Contributing to our public Outcomes Report that details market‑wide trends within the industry.
- Maintaining subject matter expertise regarding AI deployment in financial services, including how AI is generating meaningful impact value creation at scale.
- Contributing to the evolution of Evident’s Outcomes products and development of new offerings with subject matter expertise and client feedback.
Core Skills
- 5+ years of experience: ideally in strategy consulting or research/advisory within financial services.
- Exposure to AI strategy/transformation within banks or other financial institutions.
- Proven experience in producing strategic, analytical content for clients.
- Experience in analysing large, complex datasets.
- Ability to proactively identify client opportunities for us to deliver exceptional value.
- Exhibit attention to detail and organisation – able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in parallel.
- Proven experience of working effectively with a range of cross‑functional team members.
- Eagerness to take on ownership without being asked.
- Communicate concisely and effectively, in writing and verbally.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of/experience with AI use in large, global organisations.
- Experience with BigQuery and data visualisation tools.
