£35,000–£45,000 pa guaranteed (depending on experience) or basic + uncapped commission (whichever is the higher per month) – OTE £50-60k+ pa company car + benefits

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our UK team, covering the Northern Territory (Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, and surrounding areas including Scotland).

This is a field-based position. You’ll work with dentists, specialists, and hospitals, demonstrating innovative products and developing long-term relationships built on trust and product excellence and outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Visit dental practices, hospitals, and universities to demonstrate products.
• Build and manage relationships with clinicians and practice teams.
• Follow up on leads generated by our in-house marketing team.
• Manage your territory to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Attend exhibitions and events (occasional overnight stays required).

Essential:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated and well-organised.

Desirable:

• Experience selling to dental or medical professionals.
• Understanding of dental workflows or clinical products.
