We’re expanding our team and looking for driven, high-performing individuals with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding targets to join us as Senior Recruitment Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a 360 recruitment desk with existing clients and live vacancies, while identifying new business opportunities and building client partnerships.
- Source and engage top talent globally within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector through headhunting and networking.
- Work closely with clients and candidates to solve hiring challenges and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Place candidates in highly specialized, niche roles across the industry.
- Stay informed on sector trends and market dynamics to offer informed, consultative advice.
