As a Senior Recruitment Consultant , you’ll take ownership of a 360 warm desk , partnering with global Life Sciences organisations to deliver critical hires.

You will:

• Manage and grow a warm desk with live vacancies and established clients
• Develop new business and long-term client relationships
• Headhunt and engage senior-level talent globally within the Life Sciences market
• Deliver strategic recruitment solutions by deeply understanding client and candidate needs
• Place candidates into highly specialised, niche roles
• Stay ahead of market trends and sector growth
