p Research Manager | Pharma/Healthcare Market Research Strategy | London/hybrid /p p br /p p I’m working with a growing specialist healthcare market research and brand strategy consultancy that is looking to add a Research Manager to its UK team. /p p br /p p This is a mid-sized, privately owned business that has grown year-on-year since launch, with a strong client base across pharma and wider healthcare. It’s a very different environment to the larger research agencies — more hands-on and a culture where everyone mucks in on projects, less hierarchy and politics, and a team where people have genuine visibility and influence. /p p br /p p The team is busy and growing, so they’re looking for someone who can get stuck into projects from day one and take real ownership as they develop. /p p br /p p The role /p p • Manage and deliver both qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects /p p • Take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams from design through to delivery /p p • Manage day-to-day client relationships and become a trusted point of contact /p p • Develop questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides and other research materials /p p • Analyse findings and identify the story and commercial implications behind the data /p p • Contribute to reports, presentations and recommendations /p p • Present findings and lead client discussions /p p • Get involved in proposals, pitches and account development /p p • Support and mentor more junior researchers /p p • Use AI and new technology to improve research delivery — experience is useful, but curiosity and willingness to embrace it is more important /p p br /p p Ideal profile: /p p • 4+ years’ experience in healthcare / pharma market research /p p • Solid experience across both qualitative and quantitative research /p p • Someone who enjoys being hands-on with the research rather than moving into a purely strategic or management role /p p • Comfortable managing projects, taking ownership and dealing directly with clients /p p • Strong communicator who can turn research and data into a clear, compelling story /p p • Commercially minded, organised and proactive /p p • Personable, switched-on and someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team /p p br /p p Why this role? /p p • Join a profitable, privately owned steadily growing company with great foundations /p p • Work with leading global pharma and healthcare organisations across a mix of market research and strategic consulting /p p • More responsibility and client exposure than you typically get in a larger agency /p p • Genuine progression — the business has a strong track record of promoting people internally /p p • No ego, no politics and a genuinely collaborative team where everyone gets involved /p p • Interesting investment in AI and technology, with new AI-enabled research offerings already becoming an important part of the business /p p • London office with a strong team environment — all of the working on meaningful hybrid schedule /p p • Strong benefits and a people-focused culture /p p br /p p This would suit an experienced Senior Research Executive / Research Manager who wants to be closer to clients, have more ownership and join a business where they can actually see the impact of their work. /p p br /p p UK-based candidates with existing permanent right to work only — no sponsorship available.at this time. /p p br /p p If you’re open to hearing more, drop me a message or apply now! greg.harris@evisci.com /p
